On Sunday, June 8th, Daddy went to the drag boat races with the guys and Mommy spent the day with the kids! The day before, my mom helped me get all of their toys from Christmas (the ones that are 6 mo.+) out since they are big kids now! It looked like a toy store just arrived in our living room! We no longer have an office, we downsized the bed in the guest room, moved the office couch to the guest bedroom, and turned the office into a playroom (with a computer). It is working out much better space-wise. And now we have a big bookshelf to store books and toys on as well! Yay!
I got out their first "big toy" which was the Learning Toolbench. It was a big hit and they both could sit up and play with it at the same time (I know that my days are limited on this, so I'm taking advantage while I can!)
Later, I needed to go to Sam’s, and we tried out the cart. Kason was very sleepy, so I didn’t attempt this with both of them, but Kinley did fantastic in the cart! It was so cute…..everyone probably thought I was a little crazy since I kept stopping and taking pictures of my kids!
